A Typical Full Reflexology Treatment
The treatment is carried out in a dedicated therapy room which is designed to be as relaxing as possible. Soothing music is played and a special reclining treatment chair ensures maximum benefit is achieved from each treatment.
On the first visit an initial consultation is included where you will be asked about your health and lifestyle. This is an important aspect of the treatment as it is beneficial for the therapist to have an understanding of all the factors that may be affecting your health.
The treatment is then carried out with the client reclined barefoot on the treatment chair. A specific massage technique is used to apply pressure on reflex areas throughout the feet. Reflexology is a powerful, yet gentle therapy and the treatment should leave you feeling totally relaxed.
Each client's needs and requirements are individual, and your treatment will be tailored accordingly to give you a truly holistic experience.
